The focus in this episode is St. Ignatius of Loyola and Ignatian Spirituality. St. Ignatius founded the Society of Jesus, also known as the Jesuits. He started the work that would become the Spiritual Exercises, including the Daily Examen, a daily reflective prayer. St. Ignatius wanted Jesuits and all of us, to go out and “find or see God in all things.” By finding Jesus in all things, we experience and respond to God’s deepening love.
