In this episode Christina refers to Matthew Chapter 6: 1-6 in which our character Glenn daily goes through the drive through for his morning coffee. The twist is that Glenn always pays for the coffee behind him as well - a complete stranger. This act of kindness as in scripture says that God says its important that the "left hand is unaware of what the right hand is doing aswell". This simple act had impacted the person behind Glenn who thought no one really cared about him, until this random act of kindness.
